Beachwood 5k River Run &1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

Description: This is the inaugural Beachwood 5k River Run (and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk), along the scenic Toms River in historic Beachwood, NJ. The course begins and ends on the waterfront at Mayo Park and Beachwood Beach, and winds past parks, beautiful waterfont homes, the yacht club, marina, war memorial and river walk. The 5k River Run begins at 10 AM, followed by the Fun Run at 11 AM.

Pre-registration and the after race party are at High Velocity, just blocks from the start and finish, at 226 Atlantic City Boulevard. Pre-registration is on Friday, October 19 from 7-9 PM, and the after race party begins immediately following the race, with FREE BUFFET and drink specials for all runners with bib (number)! Registration on Race Day will begin at 8 AM at the Beachwood Community Center at 147 Compass Avenue.

Entry fee includes a free T-Shirt and giveaways from our sponsors, as well as the buffet at High Velocity. Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female runners as well as the top 3 male and female runners within each age group.
