Mid-Winter Beach Run/Walk

Description: This will be the Sixth running of the Mid-Winter Beach Run/Walk at the beach in Manasquan. The race just keeps getting bigger and better every year! Last year we raised over $17,000 for the Manasquan First Aid. Everyone who pre-registers will get a Warm Hooded Sweatshirt and a Great T-Shirt to the first 200 that sign up and a Warm Crewneck Sweatshirt & a Great T-Shirt to the all runners that are preregistered! This year Gee Gee's has agreed to be a sponsor and that is wonderful news for families! You can bring the kids to Gee Gee's for Free Soda & Pizza after the run.
The run/walk will be one mile and three quarters through the streets of Manasqun and with a quarter mile of thre run/walk will be on the beach.
The race fees are $20 before December 15 then $25 before January 15, $30 before February 19 and then $35 on Friday and Race Day Registration.
The proceeds of this race will benefit the Manasquan First Aid. After the race there will be a great post Party at Leggett's Sand Bar and at Gee Gee's all in close proximity to the finish line. Last year we had over a thousand participants and expect this year to be even stronger.
There will be registration on Friday Night the 20th of February from 6 - 9 PM as well as T-Shirt & Sweatshirt Pick up. And then again on Saturday morning from 7:30 AM till race time. Post registration does not guarentee a sweatshirt.

Directions: Exit 98 of the Parkway to 34 South. Follow signs to Manasquan and then there will be signs to the beach. Main Street in Manasquan will take you up to the beach. Make a right on First and Leggett's is right there on the right.
